this straightner works okay. You have to run over the section at least a few times. It also leaves your hair very frizzy. Sometimes I can get a good straighten that lasts all day, but usually my hair is wavy no more than two hours after I straighten it. It is definately not worth $50. I got it on sale for about $15 and it’s time for a new one, ASAP

I got this straightener for $20 at Walmart and I’m not exactly impressed with it, it takes me a long time just to straighten my hair.

I have owned this straightner for several years and it still s works as great as the day I purchased it. It was worth the purchase but I don’t use it every day.I am happy with my flat iron. I have thick wavy hair and it take about 45 minutes to straighten.
Hi , this flat iron works SOOO well , & i choose to
stick with it , the performance works great , my hair
stays straight all day and is hot enough for my hair ,
the quality is just wonderful , & i’ve had this iron for
three years & it’s still working GREEEAT , so the durability
is really good . The price was absoulutly awesome because
it only costed $10 . Overall , this iron is really good :]

Hiya! I’m a high schooler and I recently just bought this stiaghtner from the andis website for about $30 with my first pay check ever. Generally I think that the sraightner is a great buy and worth the price. The straightner works wonders on my hair (the classic asian type). I love how it can straighten or curl…I would reccomend it because it works and is a lot more affordable, esspecailly if you only make $8.40 an hour like me (hey, it’s my first job and I’m only 15). So if your looking for a straightener that works and is priced quite nicely, you found it right here.
I actually bought my daughter this flat iron 4 years ago, when she first started straightening her hair. A couple of years later when she was a sophomore in high school she asked for a CHI as they were all the rage with the girls at her school at the time. So after buying her a CHI for Christmas I inherited the 2 year old Andis flat iron for myself and in those two years I have had to replace her CHI once and during the time that she waited for her replacement she took back my Andis and used it. My daughter is now a Senior in high school and I still have my Andis flat iron…I paid 24.99 for it 4 years ago and it still works like a charm. It has been dropped too many times to count and because of this the ceramic plates have popped up and I’ve had to snap them back down. Still it heats up quickly and never fails to straighten my hair, and that’s say alot considering my hair is extremely curly to the point of kinky and while not terribly thick can be very course. I can’t say that this is the best flat iron ever made because I haven’t tried too many but I would say that it was well worth the 24.99 I spent all those years ago!
