This was my first ceramic straighter and i bought it from a salon for about $150. I thought it was a really good straighter and did a pretty good job on my hair. I have very thick hair, and so it took a while to get the job done. I’ve tried better straighteners since then, and this one only lasted me about 2 years before it stopped working one day. I thought that was pretty lousy considering I paid so much for it. I don’t think I’d buy a BaByliss again.

This was my first flat iron. I asked my hairdresser to purchase one for me and this is the one I received. It has lasted approx 4 yrs and was pretty reliable. The only issue I have is that although the cord does swivel, it still gets twisted and shuts the iron off. It gets hot in seconds and thats another reason I just ordered another BabyBliss.
