Ok, so I bought this flatiron 1 days ago and I tried it! And OH MY GOD!! It makes your hair sooo smooth and straight, I have really curly hair but with this flat-iron it’s smooth, straight & look heatlthy! It doesent take time at all lol well… you should really buy it… even if it’s not a popular flatiron - it’s the best and trust me it’ll be known soon lol well i love itt!!! <3

i bought this iron and products years ago at orlando premire show, orlando fl. im a instructor and a cosmetologist for 40 years non-stop.i have had chi- paul mitchell- cricket- hot tools- i think this is the best iron i have ever seen, and products..i give it nothng but a 5 star in all catergorys, i have talked so many stylist into buying this one…. i think chi and paul mitchell is overrated

Hey guys I just bought this iron and I can truly say that a great professional tool. I was so a chi girl but since the beauty supply store stopped carrying any chi products I had to try another, so then i am forced to try a different iron. Results are straight hair with no pulling and hair is left feeling soft and shiny.

I recently bought the Bio-ionic for my daughter who has been urging me to buy a GHD. Not only was she pleased with the results but she preferred it to the GHD which she used to borrow from my sister. The Bio-ionic does not flatten it as much as the GHD but the hair is definetly straight and still has lots of movement and shine unlike the GHD which makes hair look too dead and lifeless. I would definelty recommend this item to anyone who wants the straight look but with less damage!!

My hair is thick and curly slightly burnt out from coloring , my sister has this and i used it and my hair never looked better! love it!

I can’t believe how much they charge for this iron. it is not even worth 1/4 of that. ok the iron works fine, for the most part, other than static, but for that price i could get 5 other irons that are just as good without static!

okay it first, doesnt glide thru the hair. I have long hair and its hard to do curles b/c the barrel is not round…more square like. I have to go thru the hair 2 times at least to get it straight, at the highest temp. needless to say, i am looking at buying an ozon or a hai.

After using Babyliss for years I decided to try this iron out. And it is amazing..it straightens like it says in one pass..and you don’t have to go over it again. It doesn’t pull my hair or create frizz. It’s an awesome product. Only downside is if used on a high setting..it does dry my hair out a little bit..not much but a bit. All in all its great and i would highly reccommend it.

Ok, for those of you that didn’t like it, did you try it on different heat settings? Different types of hair need different heat settings. Also this particular model isn’t really meant to curl your hair, try the freestyle one from Bio Ionic. And about having to take it over your hair twice just means that you are taking too big of section…(any flat iron you get, doesn’t matter what brand, (and believe me when I say I’ve tried them all) if you take too big of sections you’ll still have to go over it twice) If you take just slightly smaller sections then you only have to go over it once and in the long run, it ends up saving you time. I have used both the Ismooth and the Freestyle and love them both, but like I said earlier the Ismooth is for straightening,(although I did use it for curling, but it is harder to get good curls) the Freestyle is for straightening and curling.

WOW! i love this! My hair dresser used it and my hair is overly curly and she blew my hair out all crazy and it straightened it wonderfully! my hair dresser was calling all her co-workers come feel my hair because of how amazing it is. So we went out and bought it. Now i have hair dresser products right in the comfort of my home! its wonderful!

i have and really do love the way it staightens but I have had 2 in less than 3 months to quit working they replace it but is a pain being without your tools for work and your out money everytime you have to send it back probably would never buy this product again

I picked this iron up last year at a hair show…I have middle length naturally curly hair…I was thinking about getting a GHD, but was upgrading from my Chi…And so happy I came across this iron….Super smooth, Shiny, straight hair…Does not burn hair and u dont need to use alot of product…try the hair dryer and brushes as well…you’ll love them…Hope this helps anyone shopping for a new iron…
