my FHI Platform was the love of my life. It works wonderfully! The only reason it did not receive 5 stars is because it’s durability is not the best. I am kind of rough on my flat irons and this one was all messed up once it reached the one year mark. The plates were slipping out and then finally the cord separated from the iron. :( Thats my only concern with this one…but it works well nonetheless.

I was not really imprssed with this. Ive done better with my hair with different irons and it didn’t seem like it was worth all of the money. Personally, I find that the temperature control is inconvenient inside the iron but it does flow nicely through my hair.

I’m a Hairdresser and I love this iron. I have had 3 in the last 3 years. The company will replace you iron if anything happens to it under warranty. It heats up super fast. It straightens the toughest hair, very smooth, very shiny. It’s light and feels good in you hand. I do find that I get a lot of static from in though.

I have been using this flat iron for over 6 years. And it is still working as it did when I first bought it—magnificantly. It has a flexible cord so it is easy to use. Also, it is easy to curl the ends of your hair with its rounded edged plates.

BEST STRAIGHTENER! but i do get a lot of static from it, only cause my hair is very thin! It doesn’t burn your hair what so ever, even though mine is so thin its just as silky. It is a bit pricey though but its worth it!

I love this flatiron! I’m an african american female with 4c natural hair (really kinky) and trust me the FHI Platform really straightens my hair.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!! this is on the top ten straighteners!!!??!? wow. I couldnt even believe it when i saw this picture.
I have this flat iron and it sucks, the final results are frizzy and unstraightened.
i only used this about 5 times, thats how bad it is. so now its just sitting in my closet in perfect condition.

My FHI straightener was horrible! It was trashy and my hair looked silky and straight before I used it. After using this straightener once, my hair is literally the most damaged hair I have ever seen. It pulled and yanked my hair and noone compliments me anymore because my hair is hideous. I want to sue.

My experience with the FHI straightner was not so great, if i could take it back i would but unfortunately i lost the reciept. It left my hair damaged, and now my hair smells burt. It heats up fast, but it creates a lot of static too, it completely sucks in my opinion.
