I can’t believe how much of a waste of money this was. It didn’t last more than a couple weeks, and even when it worked it didn’t perform like they said it should. Based on my experience I would not buy a HAI product ever again.

I’m a hairstylist for 20 yrs and I purchased my first Flat Iron when they first came out and Hai was the first one I still have the first two I bought the convertable and the three inch automatic, I bought a stick last year and I think they work the best the heat setting is great and it makes my curly hair straight and stays straight for a couple of days, I have recomended it to alot of people
